Our team at the Greencore site in Boston, Lincolnshire organised a cake sale at the end of April to raise funds for a colleague that has recently been diagnosed with MSA – multiple system atrophy. This is a rare degenerative disorder affecting the body’s involuntary functions, including blood pressure, breathing, bladder function and motor control.
The team raised £809 as a result of the two-day cake sale.
