Last week, members of Greencore’s commercial team attended a Tesco Supply Chain Conference, where they picked up a prestigious award for ‘consistent outstanding service level’.

It was 1 of only 5 awards given out as part of the event attended by over 170 different Tesco suppliers.

Amanda Hudghton, End to End Manager, Ben Chambers, Partnership Manager and Rachel Greenall, Demand Analyst picked up the award on behalf of the whole Greencore team who service Tesco.

Hannah Murray, Commercial Controller, said: “Tesco told us our service level has been outstanding for the size of our business and specifically highlighted our communication with them as being ‘best in class’.

“The award spans work done by our teams at both Warrington and Kiveton…so a mega thank you and congratulations to everyone involved.”

Delivering excellent customer service is a key part of our growth strategy so it’s great to receive this accolade and be recognised for doing so well.
