This week is National Apprenticeship Week and we are shining the light on some of our apprentices. Meet Abi, who is an Operations Degree Apprentice at Greencore:
“I started the Degree Apprentice programme 18 months ago, despite having 2 little kids who were 1 and 3 year old at the time. 18 months have passed where I’ve been involved in a variety of activities, advanced to a new role 6 months ago, and I’ve recently passed to the second year of Chartered Management Degree that Greencore sponsors as part of the programme. It has been very challenging but I have had the support and training to help me succeed. So don’t let things like having kids stops you from applying, PeopleAtTheCore will be there for you!”
