Massive congratulations to Greencore Product Developer, Catherine Fleetwood on being named Sandwich Designer of the Year at this year’s Sammies Awards.
Catherine won her individual product category, the Danish Crown Pre Cooked Bacon Category, and then went on to win the overall competition following a head to head with the other category winners with her ‘You’re bacon miso bananas’ creation.
This is the second year running that a Greencore colleague has won this prestigious award. Last year the award went to Emma Taylor.
