A big congratulations to Greencore’s Emma Taylor on winning the coveted overall Sandwich Designer of the Year award at this year’s Sammies Award.

Emma won the Royal Greenland cold water prawns category with her fantastic creation ‘Prawn to be wild’ and then went on to win the overall competition, beating the other category winners, which included Greencore’s Frances Cope, with her ‘Naan Chicken Tikka Taco’ and Catherine Farrell’s ‘The Poachers Pocket’.

A huge congratulations to Emma and to all the other Greencore finalists.
