Graduate Programmes
To qualify for participation in our Graduate Programme, applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme i.e. 3 years.
Finance applicants should have lived in the UK for a minimum period of 3 years.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK will be verified in the final stages of the selection process. We encourage all applicants to carefully consider whether they are able to meet these requirements.
Placement Programmes
To qualify for participation in our Undergraduate Placement Programme, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement (12 months, starting in July).
For Human Resources and Finance placements, applicants should also have lived in the UK for a minimum period of 3 years.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK will be verified during the later stages of the selection process. We encourage all applicants to carefully consider whether they are able to meet these requirements before applying.

Phase 1: Application
You’ll need to provide basic personal details, education and qualification history as well as any information about any work experience, so please make sure you’ve got all of this information to hand.
We’re interested to learn your strengths and what motivates you, You will have the option to review, print and save your application before submission.
Phase 2: Video Interview
Next you’ll be asked to complete a short online video interview. This is a self-recorded interview where you will answer a series of pre-set questions. It’s your opportunity to demonstrate your communication skills, motivation and enthusiasm for joining Greencore.
Phase 3: Psychometric Testing
If you pass phase 1, you will be invited to complete a series of psychometric assessments. These online tests are designed to give us insight into your cognitive ability, working style and natural strengths. This stage helps us assess your overall suitability for the programme.
Phase 4: Assessment Centre
Candidates who are successful in the first three stages will be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre. This day involves a mix of group and individual exercises designed to assess key skills and behaviours we look for in our graduates. It’s also a great chance for you to learn more about Greencore and meet some of our team.
