About this Programme

• Overview

  An Assessment Centre for this programme is scheduled for Thursday 4th or Friday 5th February 2027 at the Spalding site.

  Salary:

  £31,000 per annum, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus once settled in the business. £3,600.00 London Weighting where applicable.

  Duration:

  3 years, commencing 1st September 2027, made up of three 12-month placements. Site TBC — could be London, Lincolnshire, Bo’ness (Scotland), Newark, South-West or Kent.

  This programme is for aspiring individuals who want to build a career in Food Manufacturing and Operations, with the ambition to become an Operational Leader. Manufacturing Operations sits at the core of the business, delivering high-quality, innovative products to customers on a massive scale, and the programme will give you a wide range of skills and knowledge of how the factories operate and how to manage and develop people.

  You will have a dedicated Programme Champion as a key contact, a mentor to guide your development, and a line manager who provides regular performance reviews and guidance. You’ll join a cohort of up to 20 other graduates and connect with a broad network of alumni, supported throughout by on-the-job training. • About you

  • Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+ honours degree in any discipline.

  • At least three months of relevant work experience.

  • Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2027.

  • A clear commitment to advancing your career in the food industry — curious, willing to question norms, and adaptable.

  • Willingness to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK (your preferences will be considered).
