Section 172 Statements

The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 sets out the new corporate governance reporting requirements for large companies. These requirements apply to a number of UK subsidiaries of Greencore Group plc (the ‘Group’) from FY20, FY21 and FY22, each of which must publish a statement detailing how the directors have performed their duty to promote the success of the business, having due regard for the matters set out in section 172 (1)(a)-(f) of the Companies Act 2006.

These section 172(1) statements have been included in the Strategic Report within the FY20, FY21 and FY22 financial statements for the relevant subsidiaries of the Group and are also available below.
