About this Programme

• Overview

  An Assessment Centre for this programme is scheduled for Thursday 18th February 2027 at the Newark site.

  Salary:

  £31,000 per annum, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus once settled in the business. £3,600.00 London Weighting where applicable.

  Duration:

  3 years, commencing 1st September 2027. Structured around the CIMA qualification: an 18-month initial placement followed by two further 12-month placements. Site TBC — could be London, Lincolnshire, South-West, Northampton or Worksop.

  This Finance Graduate Programme is designed to build a career in finance, structured around the CIMA qualification. It offers three distinct placements in Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Advanced Management Accounting, giving you comprehensive exposure to essential business areas alongside experience in financial management, risk management and process improvement. After completing the programme, you’ll continue to expand your expertise as you prepare for a senior role.

• About you

  • Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+ honours degree in any discipline.

  • At least three months of relevant work experience.

  • Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2027.

  • A clear motivation to deepen your knowledge of the food industry, with a particular focus on partnership development and effective stakeholder management.

  • Willingness to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK (your preferences will be considered).
