  An Assessment Centre for this programme is scheduled for Friday 19th February 2027 at our Newark site.

  Salary:

  £26,850.00 plus £3,600 London Weighting where applicable.

  Duration:

  12 Months

  You will acquire key skills in basic accountancy and finance, and from day one, you’ll play a crucial role in the decision-making processes that drive our business forward.

  This entry-level placement is ideal for undergraduates interested in gaining experience in a Finance role within a consumer goods company. We welcome candidates from all degree disciplines.

• About you

  • Undergraduate currently studying towards a degree (Must be mid degree, not a mid-masters)
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Existing right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas for this placement)
  • A clear motivation to deepen knowledge of the food industry, with a particular focus on partnership development and effective stakeholder management
  • A desire to learn how food manufacturing works and to get into detail of:
    • Factory performance reporting
    • Commercial appraisal
    • New Product Development costing
  • An ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • An ability to apply practical ideas and demonstrate your adaptability
  • A willingness to study the CIMA qualification upon completion of your degree (as this
    is a requirement to join our Finance graduate programme)
  • A full UK driver’s licence and own transport is preferred and is mandatory for any Lincolnshire placements, as our locations and suppliers are not always readily accessible by public transport
