Happy New Year! I hope that those of you who were able to get a break over the festive period had the chance to relax and feel rested as we head into 2021.

It’s inevitable with the start of another lockdown that a lot of us will feel worried, alone and tired of the challenges we continue to face with COVID-19. However, with the second vaccine being approved and commencement of the roll out, there is a lot more hope that some normality will resume in spring.

Despite the lockdown, this time of year is the perfect opportunity to set new intentions and make improvements to your life. Find things that make you feel good, no matter how small. To support you with this, why not join our webinar next Wednesday on how to make healthy habits permanent in your day to day life. More details on registering are included below.

Did you know?

  • 40% of our daily actions are based on habits; it takes an average of 66 days for a new behaviour to become a habit
  • Sticking to five healthy habits in adulthood could add more than a decade to your life
  • Consistently kind people have 23% less cortisol (the stress hormone) and age slower than the average population
