2015 Interim Scrip Dividend Form of Election and Notice of Entitlement

Copies of the 2015 Interim Scrip Dividend Form of Election and Notice of Entitlement issued by Greencore Group plc on Thursday 2 July 2015 in connection with the 2015 Interim Scrip Dividend Offer have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Greencore announces that it will release its Interim Management Statement at 7am on Tuesday 28 July 2015.
