Completion of Capital Reduction

Further to the circular to shareholders published on 15 October 2018 (the “Circular”), Greencore Group plc (“Greencore”) is pleased to confirm the completion of the Capital Reduction (as defined in the Circular), having obtained the confirmation of the Irish High Court in respect of such reduction.
