Greencore received this royal accolade for its work on management and leadership development through The Line Manager Framework which continues to positively impact more than 3,000 colleagues at Greencore. The award recognises compelling, irrefutable evidence of how this training at Greencore has directly influenced business results.
All recipients of this award were subject to a rigorous assessment process and will receive their awards from HRH The Princess Royal at a ceremony held in London in October. We are delighted to have met the Hallmark standards and have our teams work recognised on this important programme for our organisation.
