As we head into the middle of summer and we can venture further afield, now is a great time to get outdoors and look after your physical health.

Physical activity isn’t just for burning calories and losing weight, it helps your body function properly, lowers your risk of serious disease and can add years to your life. It’s essential to incorporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity into your day-to-day life.
