Colleagues from Greencore Food to Go, together with members of the WHSmith team completed the National Three Peak challenge at the end of September.

As part of the challenge, the team scaled the tallest peaks in England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and Wales (Snowdon). To make the challenge even more testing, the route required the team to climb Scafell Pike in the dark.

The team took part in the challenge to raise funds for WHSmith Group Charitable Trust as part of the Group’s 225th anniversary year. The chosen charities which the Charitable Trust are supporting this year are: Cancer Research UK, Mind and The National Literacy Trust.

Having completed what is widely recognised as one of the toughest outdoor challenges in Britain, the team has raised £4,500 to date. Click here if you wish to read more and support the team further.
