🎁 Our Wisbech site joins the Salvation Army Christmas Toy Appeal!

This festive season, our colleagues have been collecting toys to help bring joy to 260 children across Wisbech.

We’re proud to support the Salvation Army, a charity that not only spreads Christmas cheer but also:
✨ Serves up to 50 meals daily for people facing homelessness
✨ Provides clothes‑washing facilities
✨ Offers ongoing practical support to those most in need

Our involvement reflects our ongoing commitment to local charities in Cambridgeshire and the community we’re proud to be part of. 💚

We’re absolutely thrilled to share some fantastic news — our CEO, Dalton Philips, has been named Business Person of the Year at the prestigious Business & Finance Awards.

The organisers summed it up perfectly: “Dalton Philips has led Greencore through a period of strong performance and renewed strategic focus, driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. His leadership continues to position Greencore as a standout force in the food and convenience sector.”

A huge congratulations to Dalton on this well‑deserved recognition. We’re incredibly proud of your leadership and vision — and excited for everything still to come.

🚴‍♂️ What an incredible few days for Road Safety at our Northampton site! 🚴‍♀️

We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Laura and Dan from Northamptonshire Police as part of our ongoing Bike Safety Campaign - and their feedback was brilliant. They were genuinely impressed with the steps we’ve taken to boost bike safety across our business.

Over the past couple of days, they’ve been on-site offering expert guidance, sharing valuable road safety materials, and handing out free reflective stickers and wristbands to help keep our colleagues safe on their journeys.

But that’s not all. Thanks to our Bike Security Campaign back in November - run in partnership with Laura and Northamptonshire Police - we saw real impact. After colleagues had their bikes security-tagged, the police were able to help one of our team members successfully recover their stolen bike. A fantastic example of what collaboration can achieve.

We’re also excited to confirm that we’ll be hosting another Bike Security event in January 2026.
