  An Assessment Centre for this placement programme is scheduled for Wednesday 10th February 2027 at an external London venue.

  Salary:

  £26,850.00 plus £3,600 London Weighting where applicable.

  Duration:

  12-month fixed-term contract, commencing end of June 2027. Site TBC — could be London or Lincolnshire.

  This entry-level placement is perfect for someone studying towards a degree with the aim of entering HR upon graduating. You’ll gain skills and knowledge across generalist HR, HR processes, people reporting and analytics, business priorities and challenges, effective use of data, communication skills, relationship building, stakeholder management, and research and analysis — supported by activities and projects designed to stretch your knowledge and understanding.

• About you

  • Undergraduate currently studying towards a degree in any discipline (must be mid-degree, not mid-masters).

  • Demonstrated experience of working as part of a team.

  • Existing right to work in the UK (unable to sponsor visas for this placement).

  • A clearly articulated motivation to learn more about the food industry, and a desire to learn how Human Resources supports business success.

  • An ability to apply practical ideas and demonstrate adaptability, with good attention to detail.

  • A curiosity to explore, learn and show initiative.
