🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day!

As we celebrate this special day, we’re proud to reflect on our roots. Founded in 1926 as Irish Sugar, our story began on Irish soil, and that heritage continues to shape who we are today.

A century later, the spirit, resilience, and warmth that define our Irish beginnings remain at the heart of our business.

To all our Irish colleagues, customers, suppliers, shareholders and friends - we wish you a very happy St Patrick’s Day. Enjoy the celebrations and the sense of community this day brings.

Here’s to our history, our people, and the journey ahead. ☘️

🍀 Happy St Patric

We were proud to welcome His Majesty The King to Greencore Warrington today, where he saw first‑hand how our teams are driving innovation to tackle food waste.

His Majesty viewed examples of the one million fresh, high-quality meals we’ve donated through the Coronation Food Project and met our engineering apprentices - the next generation helping build a more sustainable food system. Our CEO Dalton Philips said: “It was a privilege to welcome The King and showcase just how dynamic and forward‑thinking the food industry can be.”

This work sits within a much wider national effort, The Coronation Food Project, which was inspired by The King and is coordinated by King Charles III Charitable Fund. Through Alliance Food Sourcing, a groundbreaking IGD‑convened initiative to turn this ambition into action, British food businesses have already saved 11 million additional meals, which are redistributed through FareShare and The Felix Project.

A huge moment for our Warrington team - and for everyone across Greencore.

🌟 Celebrating the incredible women at our Heathrow site! 🌟

To mark International Women's Day, our team came together for a heartfelt celebration recognising the amazing contributions of our women colleagues. The site hosted a lunch in their honour and shared small gift bags as a token of appreciation.

Across the site, our factory operative colleagues joined in the celebration by wearing purple hair nets - a vibrant symbol of unity and recognition.

They also spotlighted inspiring case studies from our women leaders, showcasing their impact, achievements, and the leadership they bring to our site every day.

It was a truly positive and uplifting day, filled with connection, gratitude, and pride in the brilliant women who help drive our success. 💜 #IWD2026

✨ International Women’s Day at our Northampton site✨

Earlier this week, colleagues at our Northampton site held a special International Women's Day celebration. They filled the canteen with a women‑only music playlist featuring iconic female artists, creating the perfect atmosphere for singing, dancing, and celebrating together.

They also took time to create their own powerful and inspirational quotes, adding a personal touch to the evening and reminding each other of the strength and brilliance within the team.

Here’s to the amazing women who continue to inspire, support, and uplift one another every day. 💜
