š Supporting Future Talent in Northampton š
Last week, our fantastic TA team delivered an inspiring offātimetable Employability Day at The Duston School in Northampton.
They worked with a full cohort of 250 Year 10 pupils, helping them explore career sectors, job roles, employability skills, decisionāmaking and future pathways. The team also supported students through mock interview sessions, giving them a real taste of what to expect as they take their next steps.
š A huge thank you to the entire T&A team for supporting the employability journey of young people in Northampton, and a special thank you to the site team who provided sandwiches on the day to help make the event a success.
Investing in future talent is something weāre incredibly proud of - and days like this show the real impact we can make together. š

š Happy St Patrickās Day!
As we celebrate this special day, weāre proud to reflect on our roots. Founded in 1926 as Irish Sugar, our story began on Irish soil, and that heritage continues to shape who we are today.
A century later, the spirit, resilience, and warmth that define our Irish beginnings remain at the heart of our business.
To all our Irish colleagues, customers, suppliers, shareholders and friends - we wish you a very happy St Patrickās Day. Enjoy the celebrations and the sense of community this day brings.
Hereās to our history, our people, and the journey ahead. āļø

We were proud to welcome His Majesty The King to Greencore Warrington today, where he saw firstāhand how our teams are driving innovation to tackle food waste.
His Majesty viewed examples of the one million fresh, high-quality meals weāve donated through the Coronation Food Project and met our engineering apprentices - the next generation helping build a more sustainable food system. Our CEO Dalton Philips said: āIt was a privilege to welcome The King and showcase just how dynamic and forwardāthinking the food industry can be.ā
This work sits within a much wider national effort, The Coronation Food Project, which was inspired by The King and is coordinated by King Charles III Charitable Fund. Through Alliance Food Sourcing, a groundbreaking IGDāconvened initiative to turn this ambition into action, British food businesses have already saved 11 million additional meals, which are redistributed through FareShare and The Felix Project.
A huge moment for our Warrington team - and for everyone across Greencore.
