🎄 Festive Cheer at Our Crosby Site 🎄
Our Crosby team has been embracing the Christmas spirit in full force over the past few weeks.
Colleagues enjoyed Christmas lunches complete with delicious festive food, sweet treats, Christmas music and even a Christmas‑themed pass‑the‑parcel - plenty of fun and laughter all around.
Alongside the celebrations, the team has been busy supporting our local community through a number of initiatives:
✨ SWACA Gift Collection – colleagues donated thoughtful gifts for children to give to their mums this Christmas
✨ Christmas Raffle – all funds raised will be donated to SWACA, our local charity partner
✨ Bootle Food Bank Collection – gathering non‑perishable food and hygiene items to support families in need this season

✨ Christmas Magic with Santa at Selby ✨
We welcomed over 50 children to our Selby site for a truly magical Christmas event. With five festive stations - from bauble and gingerbread decorating to an Elf science lab, reindeer food making, and a special visit to Santa - the children were engaged, creative, and full of excitement all day. 🎄
It was fantastic to see so many happy faces, and we hope it helped kick-start the children’s Christmas with lots of memories (and creations!) to take home.

✨ Two of our Heathrow colleagues joined the Waitrose & Partners Helping Hands 2025 programme, volunteering at Waitrose South Harrow during the busy Christmas period.
Shilpi Bahl, Senior Process Development Technologist shared how rewarding it was to support stock management and John Lewis click & collect, while proudly spotting our Greencore toasties enjoyed by customers in the café.
Aswathy SudevanDev, Process Development Technologist described the day as an invaluable chance to step into the heart of retail operations, gaining real-world insights into how our products perform in-store and appreciating the dedication of the Waitrose team.
