Our colleague Catalyst Members work with us to plan and deliver an annual calendar of Inclusion initiatives, celebrating and recognising the events that matter to our colleagues. These activities are included in our combined Greencore activity calendar.
🌟 Celebrating the incredible women at our Heathrow site! 🌟
To mark International Women's Day, our team came together for a heartfelt celebration recognising the amazing contributions of our women colleagues. The site hosted a lunch in their honour and shared small gift bags as a token of appreciation.
Across the site, our factory operative colleagues joined in the celebration by wearing purple hair nets - a vibrant symbol of unity and recognition.
They also spotlighted inspiring case studies from our women leaders, showcasing their impact, achievements, and the leadership they bring to our site every day.

Earlier this week, colleagues at our Northampton site held a special International Women's Day celebration. They filled the canteen with a women‑only music playlist featuring iconic female artists, creating the perfect atmosphere for singing, dancing, and celebrating together.
They also took time to create their own powerful and inspirational quotes, adding a personal touch to the evening and reminding each other of the strength and brilliance within the team.
