At Greencore
to Inclusion & Diversity

We believe that we ultimately differentiate ourselves through our people and therefore we strive to create a culture where our people can be themselves at work and fulfil their potential. We believe that inclusion and diversity enable better business outcomes. Our inclusion and diversity approach embeds our purpose across the business and helps our colleagues belong and thrive just by being themselves. It’s our commitment to making every day better for our colleagues.

A culture where people can be themselves at work.
An organisation that creates opportunities for our people to fulfil their potential at work.
A business that has inclusion and diversity hardwired into everything we do, where every colleague understands how important it is to us and we demonstrate that every day.

This October, we’re really excited to be celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth!

Did you know it was first recognised in the UK back in 1987, thanks to Ghanaian activist Akyaaba Addai-Sebo? He wanted every child to feel proud of where they come from - and that message still matters today.

🌍 Black History Month is all about celebrating the amazing contributions of people with African and Caribbean heritage to British life, and learning more about how Black history is a key part of our shared story.

Throughout October, we’ll be sharing how our sites and teams are getting involved and celebrating, and we’d love to see how you’re marking the month too! Whether it’s a display, a discussion, or a moment of reflection, every action helps keep the conversation going. 💛

Because Black history is British history — and when we celebrate it together, we all move forward.

What a morning our Atherstone site had last week! 🎉

Colleagues all got stuck in for Macmillan Cancer Support's Coffee Morning, and wow… we’ve never seen so much cake. From classic Victoria sponge and chocolate, to lemon drizzle, carrot, banana, and ginger cake – there was something for everyone 🍰☕.

Thanks to everyone who baked, or just came along to buy and eat their weight in cake - the team raised an amazing £902.50. Incredible! 💚
