At Greencore
to Inclusion & Diversity

We believe that we ultimately differentiate ourselves through our people and therefore we strive to create a culture where our people can be themselves at work and fulfil their potential. We believe that inclusion and diversity enable better business outcomes. Our inclusion and diversity approach embeds our purpose across the business and helps our colleagues belong and thrive just by being themselves. It’s our commitment to making every day better for our colleagues.

Learn more about our aspirations
We aspire to have
A workforce at least as diverse as the communities in which we operate, the customers we serve, and the consumers who buy our products.
A culture where people can be themselves at work.
An organisation that creates opportunities for our people to fulfil their potential at work.
A business that has inclusion and diversity hardwired into everything we do, where every colleague understands how important it is to us and we demonstrate that every day.

We are Greencore.

It was a proud moment for our Northampton Unit D Operations team who took home the site's Q2 2026 iSHEMS Trophy - becoming the first team to win it twice consecutively! 🏆🌟

Congratulations to the whole team and to Chloe Santosuosso, who accepted the award on their behalf. With 0 accidents, 600+ Engagement Walks, 900+ BSO’s, top‑tier audit scores and 97% training compliance, they’ve truly shown what great looks like.

Onwards to the hat‑trick…

Our Selby site hosted a successful Easter event in aid of Parkinson’s UK, bringing our community together for a great cause. Through their bottle‑bag tombola, they raised £743, and their Easter egg giveaway added to the celebrations.

To close the Easter activities, the site proudly joined the 'Light Up Blue' initiative, raising awareness of Parkinson's Day, last Saturday.

Thanks to donated items, a tombola, a pop‑up pantry and some amazing homemade cakes, our team in Warrington raised over £900, which went towards buying an electric bike for a long-serving colleague who is recovering from cancer. He’s cycled countless miles over the years, and this will make his commute much easier going forward.

Well done and thank you to everyone who contributed.
