Our colleague Catalyst Members work with us to plan and deliver an annual calendar of Inclusion initiatives, celebrating and recognising the events that matter to our colleagues. These activities are included in our combined Greencore activity calendar.

This fantastic result reflects the team's unwavering commitment to food safety, quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Achieving an AA+ grading is no small feat, particularly during an unannounced audit, and is a testament to the hard work, professionalism and dedication demonstrated by colleagues across the site every day.

🌱 A new colleague orchard has officially opened at Greencore’s Sutton Bridge site!
What was once an unused piece of land has been transformed into a vibrant green space thanks to the passion of Logistics Manager Terry Goodale and the support of colleagues, who donated many of the orchard’s 75 fruit trees.
The orchard will provide a peaceful wellbeing area for employees, improve the site environment, and in the years ahead produce fruit to be shared among colleagues. Several trees have also been dedicated in memory of loved ones, making the space especially meaningful.
The project was officially marked by a visit from MP Steve Barclay, who planted the 75th and final tree.
