At Greencore
to Inclusion & Diversity

We believe that we ultimately differentiate ourselves through our people and therefore we strive to create a culture where our people can be themselves at work and fulfil their potential. We believe that inclusion and diversity enable better business outcomes. Our inclusion and diversity approach embeds our purpose across the business and helps our colleagues belong and thrive just by being themselves. It’s our commitment to making every day better for our colleagues.

We aspire to have
A workforce at least as diverse as the communities in which we operate, the customers we serve, and the consumers who buy our products.
A culture where people can be themselves at work.
An organisation that creates opportunities for our people to fulfil their potential at work.

🌟 We’re proud to share that our Chief Technical, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, Ruth McDonald and Sales Controller, Fiona Briggs represented Greencore at a truly inspiring celebration, attended by His Majesty King Charles III.

Organised by the Coronation Food Project, alongside the Felix Project and FareShare, the event marked two years of the Coronation Food Project — a landmark initiative bringing together 50 businesses across the food industry to tackle food waste and ensure surplus food is transformed into meals for those who need them most. 🍽️💛

It was wonderful to stand alongside fellow manufacturers, retailers, and charities — including Samworth, 2SFG, Compleat, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco, Felix Project, and FareShare — all united in the shared mission of reducing food waste and supporting communities.

👏 A huge thank you to everyone involved in this collective effort. Together, we’re making a real difference.
